Unable To Find My Reciprocating Links!!!!

Nothing is more annoying when a web site owner requests a link exchange with me and I am unable to find my link on that partners site. Unfortunately, not all of my link exchanges are through links manager, I do have quite a few link exchange requests outside of this program. I like to have the location of my link so links manager can track their link to see if is reciprocating or not.

I send all my link request to my sites link page and have them submit their request through my "add/modify" link to linksmanager. This way everything is checked and I dont have as many to manually check.

I would like to know about the new web development techniques, which I want to implement to our site. We ve to redesign our site with more effective way and increase the visibility. We ve the idea to exchange the link between other sites with minimum PR2 and how can we increase our PR with very short time. What all are the new techniques we can apply here, any idea about this share with us too...

Also, I'm a little confused about your post - you "would like to know about the new web development techniques", but your website is a "leading Full service website development company", so you probably have all the techniques down...

Is Link Managers worth it? I am debating on whether I should add. I honestly dont mind creating my own links and organizing. But I was wondering what others thought.
