I didnt post for ages. When reading this thread, I was thinking: "whats everyone on about / in which forum are these reminders posted??" But yeah, the rules brings out the need to search before you post very nicely.

Dear Members and Future Reggies,

If you post a one-line sentence that has no real value to this forum your userid will be permanently banned. Additionally due to complaints from users that some people are spamming the Private Message feature we have turned it off.

So for all you spammers - keep trying - gives me something to do each day banning all those who come here with ill intentions. At least it is job security ;) .

Thank you for your time,

Phil

I recently joined LinkPartners.com, and this forum as well, respectively.
After reading the rules concerning the prohibition against using this medium for link sharing I am a bit confused as to what the purpose of this forum is?

Can I share valuable resources (URL's) which help in link building efforts without being banned?

If one of my sites (which I would like to utilize as my signature) is a resource of that nature, can I elaborate further in this forum as to that site's content?

Can I include a backlink at "Backlinks For SEO" (my site) to this site?

backlinks4u,

If you are sharing quality sites that help webmasters learn or expand their linking campaign then we will allow them. If the sites are junky or obviously banner farms or incorrect or blackhat techniquest them we will probably delete them.

You are more than welcome to include your url in your signature. We ask only that you keep it down to less than 3 signature urls. We would always welcome a link from another site to the LP forum.

Anytime you have any questions please ask.

Thank you for joining and for your participation in our forum.
