How to Respond to Requests you think might be "bad neighborhoods?"

Hi everyone... I have recently received a couple of requests for link exchanges from gambling and casino type sites - and while I have nothing against any of them, I just don't think they are appropriate for my own site. Then, I went to a website called "Bad Neighborhood" which looks legitimate, and scans sites and flags "problem areas." (bad-neighborhood.com) I put these two sites in, and lo and behold, there was warning after warning after warning. So... I don't want to include these links on my site.

But, how should I tell them? Should I just ignore it? The requests did not come through the LinksManager tool that I am used to (I know I could simply decline the invitation).

What would you do?

Simply tell them that you don't feel their site is appropriate ("relevant" may be a better word) to yours.
