how this is working.

If I want a link partner and if I click on "Click here to Submit your Link to this Site", I reffered direct to their site. How is linkpartners.com knowing that I am visit this site and how does the ResponseRank then working?

Only LinksManager users initiating a swap with your site will assist in calculating your site's ResponseRank. If you are not a LinksManager user you are correct that there is no way for us to know when you submit if you use the "Click here to Submit your Link to this Site" link.

LinksManager users have a separate control to 'Search for LinkPartners' where they can send a request from within the system. This type of request is where ResponseRank is calculated. This is because we know when they send the request and we know when the other party responds.

There really isn't any way to place an order on LinkPartners. It is a free service to help you find other relevant sites interested in link exchanges.
