Hi all i have built my own website a few months ago but i would like to see if its up to standards.is there a free tool i can use to check my seo score and to check if my seo is all right, like headers,tags,titles ect.

I think there are plenty of tools available for the website online analysis, some tolls can be downloaded on your PC and some can be give you all details online. You can try with the Website Auditor which can be download from the SEO Power Suite or you can try on woorank website both are very accurate and can give you great information for your website optimization.
