The suggestion is to consider eventually adding a "geographic locator" feature that would also allow link managers to build links in specific geographic regions.
For example, lets say I offered a service along the west coast, specifically in the states of Washington, Oregon, and California, and I wanted to build as many links as possible with other web sites located within CA, OR, and WA states to bring as many "local" potential customers onto my web site and into my store would be desirable, IMO.
A searchable feature based upon regional data selected by each publisher may be something worth considering, IMO, ie: within each publishers web site profile could have a list of geographic selections to serve as a searchable feature;
- global,
- national,
- (list of states)
- (list of major metro cities)
Just some food for thought.
