thanks for the suggestions... thought about a link exchange forum but thats usually a mess of "link to me!" posts.. better for users to utilize webmasters add link forms or contacting the webmaster directly.

Submit to my directory is also kinda redundant.. LinkPartners.com already lists a directory of sites that link with other sites.

Site reviews might be something we consider in the future although that might be too much to chew on for a forum atmosphere.

Relevancy is so subjective. How about a thread where people can ask questions about determining relevant links?
